| The Fully-Automatic Computer-Controlled
System for Wood Drying with the
industrial PC as its key component and the LSG-586 Microcontroller for
Kilns were successively developed by the researchers in the Automation
and
Computer Application Department of Harbin Research Institute of Forestry
Machinery of China Ministry of Forestry based on the newest drying
theories
and technologies combined with the practices both at home and abroad.
These
two are now corollary equipment for the various steam-type wood kilns
produced by Harbin Wood Drying Equipment Manufacturing Plant in
cooperation
with this institute. These are more than 60 kiln schedules stored in the
former and 70 solidified in the latter to meet both domestic and foreign
requirements for all species and forms. The Fully-Automatic
Computer-controlled System is suitable for multi-kilns (4 kilns at most)
while the Microcontroller for single-kiln controlling. High accuracy,
varied kiln schedules, low price and easy operation (the operator who
hasn’t operated a computer can learn how to operate in just ten
minutes)
are features of these two products. The two can also be installed and
used
in the kilns already in production, and specific drying standards can be
developed foe customers who need specific technologies. Warmly welcome
